Once an item is purchased, it is final sale and cannot be returned. Every item is carefully sourced second-hand and assessed for its overall quality and condition before making its way onto rodenstudio.com. Due to the nature of items being vintage and/or antique, they are expected to have notable imperfections that help tell a story. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Roden Studio immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
